I have actually never played it, but I do remember it having the most amazing pixel art I’ve ever seen and people comparing said pixel art favorably with Street Fighter IV’s relatively subdued animations.

It really looks great, and imo that game it doesn't really age, everything looks great in it and It's really cool to analyze each animation by itself
